C.B. Kydex Holsters offers a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee against functional defects in the assembly, shaping, fit, or overall construction of your holster. We also offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for holsters ordered through this website for a refund or exchange, with the 30 days beginning on the day of order delivery. Clearance items are not eligible for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, but are still covered under the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. Gift certificates and consumable items are not refundable.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Refunds
Contact must be made with C.B. Kydex Holsters, and authorization for the return must be received, PRIOR to the shipment of any returned item(s), regardless of the reason for return. All returned items that are covered under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee must be undamaged, unaltered, unblemished, and otherwise in original condition in the original package. If you purchased your C.B. Kydex Holster product from a retail store that is not C.B. Kydex Holsters, then you must initiate a return process with that same retailer according to their policies.

Once your approved returned item is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item, as well as the approval or rejection of your refund based on the aforementioned condition of the returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If denied because of improper physical condition of the item, as described above, you will have the option to either pay to have it shipped back to you, or receive a refund reduced by 25-75% of the product's purchase value in the form of store credit for use at the C.B. Kydex Holsters online store. The refunded store credit amount will be based on the item's condition as received, and is at the sole discretion of C.B. Kydex Holsters. 

Refunds typically arrive within two weeks after your return shipment is received. The initial shipping cost the holster will be subtracted from the refunded amount, unless an error was made on our part (i.e. wrong item or specifications). Customer return shipping costs will not be covered or refunded by C.B. Kydex Holsters, unless an error was made on our part. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance, as C.B. Kydex Holsters will not be held financially responsible for refunding returned items lost in transit. In the event that C.B. Kydex Holsters funds the return shipping, a paid USPS First Class shipping label will be emailed to you, which must then be printed and affixed to a package appropriate to the shipping label, as determined by C.B. Kydex Holsters - typically a bubble envelope.

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee Claims

Kydex is a very sturdy and weather-resistant material. In the event that you break or irreparably damage the body of the holster or an associated attachment during its normal and reasonable use, then that component will be replaced without charge. "Normal and reasonable use," is dependent on the nature and circumstances of the damage, and whether the holster was intended for that use and/or should have withstood said damage under typical conditions. For instance, driving a car over an empty holster would not be considered normal and reasonable use. Cosmetic blemish to the surface finish of Kydex thermoplastic is common, and is not covered under the guarantee. Consumer modification of the holster's shape or construction is not recommended for safety purposes and will void the warranty. However, replacement of damaged components may still be granted at the discretion of C.B Kydex Holsters.

Contact must be made with C.B. Kydex Holsters prior to the shipment of any returned item(s), regardless of the reason for return. To make a claim under the 
Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, email [email protected] with order number, your current shipping address, a description and the circumstances of the damage, and photographs of the holster's front, back, and damaged area(s). Once your email is received and the images are inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a replacement holster or holster component will be shipped to the provided shipping address.

Any discontinued products will be replaced with a current equivalent product of equal value. If no equivalent is available, then the customer will receive credit for the C.B. Kydex Holsters store according to the value of the damaged holster. 

Late or Missing Refunds
