Shipping is currently only available to the United States, and will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service.
Please contact me before returning any item in the mail. Since I make most holsters to order, I will only accept returns for incorrectly manufactured orders or warranty issues, assuming they are still in New condition, within 14 days of package delivery.
In the case of returns due to an error on my part (wrong or defective item), a refund for your shipping costs will also be granted when returned via USPS Priority shipping, up to $10.00. A photo of the shipping receipt must be provided, either by email or included in the return package.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping provider (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (~1 business day), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
